2007 WORLD MUSIC AWARDS
Rihanna, Akon, Ciara, and Patti LaBelle attended the 2007 World Music Awards.

Held at Monte Carlo, The World Music Awards honors the best selling recording artists. The show is set to air on November 17th. Patti LaBelle was honored at the event for her musical contribution...
The show was also to pay tribute to 63-year-old LaBelle for her enduring contribution to R&B. LaBelle, whose career stretches back to the 1950s, was slated to perform her classic, "Lady Marmalade." [source]
