Ciara attended the 2007 World Music Awards party in Monte Carlo. Also at the event were 50 Cent, Patti LaBelle, and Akon. The R&B singer rock the same backless Cavalli dress as Beyonce. Is her stylist purposely making Ciara wear items that's been worn already out on red carpet???
