Hayden Panettiere, as some of you may recall from her small role in the drama, "Remember The Titans" have moved from her 'relationship' with actor Evan Ross to R&B singer/producer/songwriter Ne-Yo.

Hayden and Ne-Yo were spotted leaving club Butter last night in New York City. Evan and Hayden pose for the cameras at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.

These photo ops of Hayden and Ne-Yo comes just in time for her show, "Heros" November must-see clips and Ne-Yo's new song, "Go On Girl".

Until there's concrete confirmation from both parties, I'm calling these twosome-'just friends'. Props to Straight Outta NYC for the story!
