Ciara, Ne-Yo, Bobby Valentino, Michael Knight, Jagged Edge, Jazze Pha, and LeToya Luckett were all seen at hot night spots over the weekend.

Letoya celebrated her 27th birthday at The Vault in Houston, Texas. The "Torn" singer told V-103 to expect a new album from her by the end of the year. In between recording an writing new material for her upcoming album, LeToya can be seen in the play, "Rumors", which you can check out the trailer here.
