Project Scoop sent over a video clip of 50 Cent and his ex-girlfriend Shaniqua Thomas battling out their differences in court.

Apparently 50 Cent served her with a eviction notice from the Dix Hills home which then prompted Tompkins to sue.

BBC News has the rundown from a legal perspective...

"This was a house that was promised to Shaniqua up until the closing," said Ms Tompkins' lawyer Paul Catsandonis.
"Then he decided not to put it in her name. Now he's trying to put her out of the house. This would mean evicting his own son," he added.
Mr. Catsandonis said the 32-year-old rapper - real name Curtis Jackson - had told Ms Tompkins he wanted her and their son in a safe and secure place.
"This is somebody who was with him when he was shot in 2000 and who nursed him back to health," he said. [BBC NEWS]

To my understanding, Shaniqua has court-ordered financial support from 50 via their 10-year-old son.

Last year, 50 filed a legal recognition of his financial contribution to his son. Things that make me go hmm...
