VANESSA WILLIAMS COVERS EBONY
"Ugly Betty" actress Vanessa Williams is on the May cover issue of "Ebony" magazine.
Shot by Matthew Jordan Smith, the former Miss America 1984 pose in a striped Cynthia Rowley dress and a blue topaz Jennifer Miller necklace with the accompanying headline, "Vanessa: Resilent Actress, Down-to-Earth Mom Redefines The 'Perfect' Family".
Because May is the month Mothers are celebrated, Vanessa also pose with her children - Sasha, Jillian, Melanie, and Devin. Also pictured is Vanessa's mother Helen Williams.

For a woman who says “I love being married,” being twice divorced has been devastating….”Divorce is the hardest thing I’ve ever gone through in my life. It’s like a death, and it doesn’t get easier either time. Because it’s a dream that dies, and it’s heartbreaking,” says Williams.
“….So listening to sad music, crying all day, not wanting to get out of bed. It’s a grieving process. You have to feel the pain in order to process a big part of that is also forgiving the other person and forgiving yourself for feeling like you failed,” says Williams.

I will remember Chi,Chi. Before all the other blk blogs steal your sh*t and claim like they were the originals to post the pics. I love that photo with Vanessa and her kids. I like her yellow/white dress in the last scan.
