Doesn't the dress choice for Kelly Rowland's "Ms. Kelly Deluxe" UK album cover artwork (as seen over at Fresh & Fab) look a tad bit familar?

Apparently that bedazzled strapless dress, the pose, and the waist-clinging corset is similar to the one Kelly wore to the 2007 MTV Europe Music Awards.

The difference between the photos has to be Kelly's hairstyle and swagger.

"Ms. Kelly Deluxe" is the re-release of the R&B vocalist's sophmore disc, "Ms. Kelly".

With the lead single, "Daylight", Kelly's CD (not digital) re-release will hit stores May 12th in the UK.
