R&B songbird Alicia Keys looked amazing outside the NYC studio of "The Late Show with David Letterman " Tuesday afternoon.




For her performance of her third single, "Teenage Love Affair", Alicia (who just recovered from her throat infection) wore a curve-hugging Calvin Klein gray Lyrca dress and Sergio Rossi heels. Soon after her performance, Alicia stepped outside to greet her fans.




In related news, Alicia revealed she has started tentative plans for her upcoming album to BILLBOARD.COM.
