Beyonce, Mariah Carey, Jay-Z, and Nick Cannon celebrated the new year (2009) at Nikki Beach Resort in St. Barts. Also there was music mogul L.A. Reid with his wife Erica and fashion designer Marc Jacobs. Everyone as the photos show had a great time...

Don't get me wrong i am a HUGE Beyonce and Solange fan, however i understand the marc jacob's dress is cute, but i don't think it's hot enough to be a new years eve outfit, and also i know both sisters have plenty of clothes, but when your in the public eye should you really be seen wearing the same dress your lil sister wore a few short months ago????
