Aside from me going huh at certain song titles (Push Up, Sell Me Candy and Breakin' Dishes), I'm rolling at this quote by Rihanna:
"They just said, 'We have a surprise for you.' I couldn't imagine it would be Jay-Z getting on the song. They played it for me, and I got goosebumps everywhere. "I still can't believe that I'm shooting a video with Jay-Z and I have a song with Jay on it. It takes everything to another level for me in my career as far as experience goes."

Anyhow take a [LISTEN] to new Fab and Rihanna: "First Time"
Robin Thicke performed “Lost Without U” last night on “American Idol.” The song was recently knocked off the #1 spot on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop chart by T-Pain’s “Buy U A Drank (Shawty Snappin’)” after remaining there for 11 weeks.
Is it me or does Robin sound nasal?
The buzz on Usher today is bananas. Miss Jones debut his new song with R. Kelly called, "Same Girl" this morning. You can get a first [LISTEN] that's if you already heard it on Rap-Up, Concrete Loop, and Sandra Rose. Leave to Kells to do a song about him and Usher messing with the same girl. Leave to Usher to sneak in "Confessions" in the same song too. When I check my e-mail I was amazed by what I saw. Rumor has it that Usher's supposedly going to fire his own momanager Jonetta Patton on Mother's Day. Is this another truth or fiction type story, folks? Time will only tell:
"Usher could have quite a Mother’s Day surprise for his mom, Jonetta Patton. The R&B superstar may be easing her out as his manager, according to insiders. The muscle behind the putsch is said to be Usher’s fiancee, Tameka Foster. “They definitely don’t get along,” one spy tells us. “Tameka came to Jonetta’s birthday on April 6. They hugged and posed for photos, but it was all for the cameras.” The rift dates back to when Jonetta encouraged Usher to fire Tameka as his stylist. “Tameka went on the radio and took some shots at Jonetta,” says a source. But Usher, 28, still liked Tameka, 38, and vice versa. In fact, she ended up leaving her husband for him. (Reps are denying she’s pregnant.) “Tameka has a hold over him,” says one friend. “Nobody can figure it out. Some people think he may make Tameka his manager.” Execs at Jive, Usher’s label, are said to be concerned. “They think Jonetta’s done an incredible job with his career. They’re encouraging her to take on Britney Spears.” [NY Post]
No wait there's much more buzz on Usher...via his brother JLACK aka the man behind Lloyd's Get It Shawty.
The brothers team up on the song, "What You Sayin'" which is featured on Rico Love's The 5th Element. [LISTEN] Rico Love is signed onto Usher's record label, Us.

In related news word has it that Solange will take over her father Mathew's lucrative music label, Music World in five years.
Beyonce Knowles' sister Solange is to take over as the pop superstar's manager once their father Mathew Knowles steps aside in five years time. Solange, who has enjoyed pop success of her own, has revealed she's the heiress to the music mogul's MusicWorld empire, which also includes a record label. The pretty 20-year-old explains, "In five years I'll be answering those calls. I'll be the president and Ceo." In the meantime, talented Solange, who has also acted in a string of movies, is busy pitching songs she has written to stars like Reba McIntyre and Celine Dion.
Can Solange recreate Mathew's successful swagger in new talent on Music World in the next five years? Time will only tell.
