Ciara celebrated her 22nd birthday on Thursday night in New York at Nikki Beach Midtown with a toast in her honor. The Atlanta singer was joined by Missy Elliott — they both hit the dance floor to bust some moves before taking off for the VIP section upstairs. Ciara revealed to People at the event that "great friend" 50 Cent gave her a b-day gift, but she didn't say what it was.
