Thandie Newton attended the L.A premiere of her comedy film, "Run Fat Boy, Run" in a pink frilly dress. Thandie recently admitted on "The View" that she pulled practical jokes on her co-stars in between filming the "Friends" star David Schwimmer's directorial debut.

The first practical joke involved a candy bar smeared around to look like a bad bathroom accident in Pegg's trailer. When Pegg pretended it didn't happen, Newton snuck into his trailer and sewed together the ends of the sleeves of his sweater and the neck of his T-shirt. Still no response from Pegg. "He'd never react," Newton says. "He knew I was watching." [NY DAILY NEWS]

Over in New York City, Tony Award-winning actress Anika Noni Rose took a brief break from the on-going production on her Broadway play, "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof" to attend a special screening of Demi Moore's new film, "Flawless". Anika can be seen next in HBO television series "The No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency" alongside Jill Scott.
