GQ'S GENTLEMEN BALL + NE-YO SPEAKS OUT ON BERG BEEF
Forest Whitaker, Keri Hilson, Timbaland, and Usher supported GQ Magazine’s hosting of The Gentlemen Ball in New York City. Usher who just celebrated his 30th birthday on Monday looked sharp in a purple polo sweater while Keri let her Givenchy by Riccardo Tisci booties be her outfit's centerpiece. Keri has in the past wore open-toe booties and it's safe to say that's her signature style. If you're interested in Keri's ring, do visit Melody Ehsani's design blog.

Ne-Yo decided to take the high road when asked about the comments Young Berg recently made about him. As told to MTV News, Ne-Yo definitely expressed that he's not interested in entertaining the feud. And I quote, "Response for what? That ain't my lane, dude. I don't beef. I don't do that. That ain't my thing. I don't do dis records. I don't do beef. I don't do any of that blogs talking about cats. I don't do that. That ain't my thing. I'm a grown man. I got money to make. I can't work with people that's doing this for the fame element or the money element. I think that's what's destroying music. You got cats out here that are copycatting and doing stuff that's popular. You know, doing it because that's what's in right now, whatever the case may be — but basically what you're doing is killing music. You're killing the creative element of what this is, which was the basis of this whole thing, which is self-expression." Soon after Ne-Yo said that he worked on the upcoming music projects from Usher and Whitney. Check out the Young Berg feud statement straight from Ne-Yo:
Anyone else surprised that Usher's recording new material soon after "Here I Stand"?
