After a sneak preview and photos leaked online last week, the video spot for Keri Hilson's new single, "Turnin' Me On" featuring Lil' Wayne has finally arrived on the music blog scene. The single is taken off Keri's as yet to be released debut record, "In A Perfect World." I can safely say that the video has been worth the wait..


I love those Melody Ehsani "On/Off" rings Keri has on. The videos is loaded with cameos from Polow Da Don and Rich Boy.

Check out behind the scenes footage taken from singer-songwriter Keri Hilson's "Turnin Me On" video set featuring Lil' Wayne. Rich Boy and Polow Da Don have cameo appearances in Keri's new video which was directed by Erik White. So far Keri has release two singles "Energy" and "Return The Favor" from her as yet to be released debut album In A Perfect World (due out early 2009).

Songwriters-turned-singers Keri Hilson and Ryan Leslie has announced that their next albums will drop in early 2009.



Keri already filmed a video for her next single, "Turnin' Me On" featuring Lil' Wayne and you can check out the on-set photos over at Necole Bitchie. Keri spoke with Billboard about her upcoming debut album, "In A Perfect World": “I didn’t want to do an album that painted me perfect,” she said. “What’s missing in music is just that: showing the vulnerable side of women, the real. Showing women you can be yourself. You don’t have to walk around like your sh*t doesn’t stink.” I think it's quite unforunate because Keri has release multiple singles alone or a featured artist like "Energy", "Superhuman", "Hero", "Turn The Favor", "Numba 1 (Tide Is High)" and countless others. Here's hoping for next year...



Ryan explained his self-titled album push back on his YouTube page, RyanLeslieTV. As he worked on "Just Right" in the studio, fans could read a write-up by Ryan. And I quote: "For everyone that's been asking, I'll be releasing the album in February. The main reason why it's been pushed back is very simple: I need more exposure!" Well said! Ryan has since release the singles, "Addiction", "Diamond Girl" and he also collaborated with Slim.



Check out Ryan's new addictive single, "How It Was Supposed to Be." I think he has a hit on his hands, don't you agree?



Just a thought: Keri and Ryan can always go back to their first love - songwriting!

Songwriter-turned-vocalist Keri Hilson dropped the video for her second single, "Return The Favor" featuriing Timbaland. "Return The Favor" followed her debut solo single, "Energy" off her upcoming album, "In A Perfect World" due out December 9th. The clip was directed by the popular Melina but do you love it?



Keri collaborated with Kardinal Offishall's new single, "Numba 1 (Tide is High)" and you can check out the video below. Kardinal decided to stick with Keri and not with the Rihanna verison that's on his current album, "Not 4 Sale" but do you love it?

Former Danity Kane member Aubrey O'Day attended the U.S Green Building Council's Annual Fall Gala in New York City. Aubrey polished her look in this foil print bandage dress by Herve Leger just like the one Alicia Keys had on her "Complex" magazine cover. Anyhow, Aubrey has since offered her opinions on the Danity Kane drama.



Pharrell and Ciara pose for a photo at the 2008 BET Hip-Hop Awards in Atlanta, Georgia. Ciara also took photos with Keri Hilson, Big Boi, her "Stepped On My J'z" buddy Nelly, and LL Cool J. On the music tip, Ciara recorded a duet with Enrique Igelesias called "Takin' Back My Love" for his upcoming "Greatest Hits" album.

Ne-Yo decided to take the high road when asked about the comments Young Berg recently made about him. As told to MTV News, Ne-Yo definitely expressed that he's not interested in entertaining the feud. And I quote, "Response for what? That ain't my lane, dude. I don't beef. I don't do that. That ain't my thing. I don't do dis records. I don't do beef. I don't do any of that blogs talking about cats. I don't do that. That ain't my thing. I'm a grown man. I got money to make. I can't work with people that's doing this for the fame element or the money element. I think that's what's destroying music. You got cats out here that are copycatting and doing stuff that's popular. You know, doing it because that's what's in right now, whatever the case may be — but basically what you're doing is killing music. You're killing the creative element of what this is, which was the basis of this whole thing, which is self-expression." The video premiere of the Chris Brown/Keri Hilson duet, "Superhuman" aired on popular UK music network, KISS. "Superhuman" is the second single taken off the re-release of Chris' sophomore disc, "Exclusive: The Forever Edition." Shot a month ago by Erik White, Chris and a Melody Ehsani-clad Keri showcase some on-screen undeniable chemistry. Needless to say, Chris has another top 10 hit on his hands. Keri has become the go-to R&B singer to be feature on a song in the music industry.

Tiffany Evans revamped her image for her upcoming album, "Ponytail Krush." No more short hairstyle for Tiffany this time around! "Ponytail Krush" would become Tiffany's sophomore disc after her self-titled debut which had the hits, "Promise Ring" featuring Ciara and "I'm Grown" featuring Bow Wow. The 16-year-old singer and actress also appears as the Pastry Footwear spokesmodel. As for what to expect for her new sound, Tiffany explained, "...I describe this album like turning a radio dial and no matter what type of music the station plays, you can find a Tiffany Evans record on the playlist." Kardinal Offishall wrapped up the video treatment for his single, "Numba 1 (Tide Is High)" with Keri Hilson and Akon. As reported earlier Kardinal decided to stick with Keri's verison and not the Rihanna one featured on his album. Kim Kardashian posted up tons of photos backstage at "Dancing With The Stars." She posed with her fellow "DWTS" cast members including Toni Braxton who by the way just signed with Atlantic Records. So this new record label may explain why Toni's on "DWTS" at the moment because as Jawn Murray stressed the album may come as out early 2009. If you've been reading Kim's blog, you already know that she has her family and friends campaigning for her to win. Reggie Bush even campaigned for her.




Chris Brown and Ciara were seen filming a cameo for his music video, "Superwoman." So I guess Keri Hilson didn't make the final cut OR Keri's a "Superwoman" pt. 2?! So many questions were definitely left unanswered. Anyhow, Chris admitted to "VIBE" that he had a crush on Ciara so I guess he's overjoyed that he's working with Ciara once again.

Slim recently revealed to Singers Room that he wants Faith Evans to be signed onto his record label, M3/Asylum. I see nothing but good things with Faith working with Slim.
