MUSICAL COMEBACKS
Click on the image to listen to the leaked Jagged Edge and Ashanti song called, "Put A Little." The song reminds me so much of one of their older hits ["Let's Get Married" and "Gotta Be."] Nonetheless it's great to hear Ashanti on a new track. Word is she's working hard on a follow-up to "Concrete Rose" which is expected to come out by the end of the year. Be sure to share your thoughts on Ashanti's musical return and her collabo with JE.

OVERHEARD HOOPLA:
1. Nicole Scherzinger previews her upcoming debut album, "Her Name is Nicole" on MTV. [WATCH]
Nicole has proven herself as a frontwoman of a pop band that had consecutive back-to-back hits, "Stickwitu", "Buttons", "Don't Cha", and many more. She went from the pop sound of Pussycat Dolls to working in two different genres--R&B and hip-hop. She also proven she can hold her own up against Avant ("Lie About Us") and Diddy ("Come To Me"). Judging from this clip, Nicole can hold it all by herself with little aid.
2. Mya has team up with Snoop on the track called, "Walka Not A Talka" [LISTEN]
Hate to disappoint my fellow Mya fans out there, she has pushed back her album, "Liberation", to this September 18th to apparently go up against 50 Cent's album, "Curtis."
This setback did not slow Mya's promotional tour for "Liberation" at all because she was spotted a party held in her honor held by Self magazine:
