And in related news, Newscaster Mark S. Allen of CW31's Good Day Sacramento that asked Janet about the Super Bowl incident has admitted he's a jerk after receiving complaints (re: 19,000+ e-mails) from fans:

I'm in front of you now telling you that I was a jerk, and you can see by the thousands and thousands of e-mails right here and throughout the building, Tyler Perry and Janet Jackson fans have spoken. They're calling me on it and I'm glad they did," Allen said while sitting in front of a large box of printed e-mails. "To Tyler, to Janet, and to the fans who had to sit through that interview, I'm sorry for bringing up the question about the Super Bowl. I'm sorry about the relentless pursuit of the topic. It was rude, and in fact I was a jerk."

Funny how Justin Timberlake ignores questions about this hot topic but Janet is asked about it in every other interview she does after the fact. Tyler Perry seems to feel the same way like I do in an open letter he posted up on his official site.
