THIS CHRISTIMAS PREMIERES IN L.A

Holiday film, "This Christmas" had its L.A premiere last night. Lauren London, Mekhi Phifer, Regina King, Keke Palmer, Sharon Leal, Evan Ross, Lil' Mama, New York, and Chris Brown were just some of the celebrities that came out to support.

WHY DID I GET MARRIED? HOLLYWOOD PREMIERE

Tyler Perry has struck gold again with his latest movie, "Why Did I Get Married?" If you're an fan of the stage play, you're going to enjoy the star power behind the movie verison.

Tyler Perry’s Why Did I Get Married starring Tyler Perry, Malik Yoba, pop icon/actress Janet Jackson, Sharon Leal of "Dreamgirls" fame and neo-soul singer Jill Scott is set to hit theaters October 12th. Make sure you go out and support.

"Why Did I Get Married" is Tyler Perry's fourth feature film and it's also the first time since "Madea's Family Reunion" that he's stepping in front of the camera. For "Daddy's Little Girls", Tyler directed the film.

SHARON LEAL IS NOT DATING HENRY SIMMONS

"Dreamgirls" star Sharon Leal is NOT dating former NYPD Blue hunk Henry Simmons. According to Jawn Murray, Sharon is happily married with a son. "...[Sharon] Leal is actually married to writer/actor Bev Land ('What Are the Odds') and the two have a son named Kai Miles Land." [source] If this is true then WHY did Sharon and Henry pose for pictures together at the 17th Annual NAACP Theatre Awards?!?!? Friendws with benefits?!? I think not! Things that make me go hmmm...

All eyes may have been on Jason Sehorn and Angie Harmon's daughter at the 5th Annual John Varvatos Stuart House Benefit but attention quickly shifted on singer Macy Gray's new look...love it or hate it folks? Last night, Stuart Weitzman hosted an evening honoring Jennifer Hudson at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel's Gable/Lombard Penthouse. Anika Noni Rose, Sharon Leal, Jennifer Hudson and Loretta Devine of 'Dreamgirls' fame past and present were there as well as Vogue editor Andre Leon Talley, Emmy Rossum, Rebecca Gayheart, Damon Dash and wife/fashion designer Rachel Roy.

17th Annual NAACP Theatre Awards

Nia Long, Tia Mowry, Usher, Sharon Leal, Wendy Raquel Robinson, Tasha Smith attended the 17th Annual NAACP Theatre Awards held at LA's Directors Guild of America. All eyes were on Usher and his lady friend, Tameka. Usher and Tameka put new meaning to John Legend's song, 'PDA--We Just Don't Care.'

I heard Usher popped the question to his lady friend Tameka Foster. Yeah we all heard how he got pregnant his last girlfriend Eishia Brightwell but I guess Usher has finally found the real deal for him. I mean his mama fired Tameka after learning about her son's affair with a then-married Tameka but Tameka's a single woman now or so I heard.

Not to be out done there was another hot black love on the red carpet. Henry Simmons escorted his girl, Sharon Leal down the red carpet. Awwww!
