Solange Knowles (in Moschino) and her beloved Fendi Maxi/Radica "To You" clutch made a big re-appearance at the 2008 Video Music Awards. The "Sandcastle Disco" singer wore this clutch on several occasions...so you already know she loves her bag! Cost per wear is a great thing, folks!




Pieces from Gucci Fall 2008 collection was a hit as seen on Vanessa Bryant and Keri Hilson. Vanessa kick it up a notch in these "Devendra" booties.

It's the battle of hip-hop's significant others! T.I's long-time girlfriend Tameka "Tiny" Cottle and Russell Simmons' model girl Porschla Coleman were both seen in this Herve Leger Spring 2008 dress.



Tiny arrived at the 2008 Video Music Awards in this black sequin Herve Leger dress. Porschla Coleman rock the same get-up with her Chanel quilted clutch at Elton John's 16th Annual AIDS Foundation Oscar party.

I like how Tiny match her highlights to T.I's coat! For the record, Access Hollywood reporter Maria Menuonos also wore this dress in lilac. As always, which LOOK is on LOCK?



In related news, T.I and Tiny were spotted at Italian eatery "Il Pastaio" for lunch. For some odd reason, I like these two together...

Who's who in the music business and fans of such attended the 2008 Video Music Awards in Hollywood. Britney Spears won her first 3 VMA's EVER after receiving 17 nominations. So she was definitely the highlight of the show. Kanye closed the show with his new single, "Love Lockdown." Rihanna opened the show with her hit, "Disturbia."

We already had a fashion face-off between Ashanti and Audrina...but it looks like we got another thanks to Keri's Gucci studded booties.

Extra random tidbits: On the performance tip, Rihanna went for a rocker/edgy look to knock out her single, "Disturbia." Anyone else hoping for Rihanna to grow out her hair??? Britney FINALLY won her first VMA...congrats! Why did Solange rock her beloved Fendi clutch yet again?? Jordin Sparks defended the Jonas Brothers' purity rings when she appeared on stage with John Legend. "I just wanna say, it's not bad to wear a promise ring because not every guy and a girl wants to be a slut, OK?"

Ashanti attended L.A Reid's pre-Grammy's '08 bash in L.A. Audrina Patridge (any "Hills" fans?) wore the same gold sequin Elie Saab mini-dress to the 2008 Video Music Awards. Both rock with criss-cross sandals.

Expected many of your favorite stars to appear at the upcoming 2008 Video Music Awards this Sunday night in Hollywood. Britney Spears will open up the show while Kanye will close it. (Something tells me Britney would do better this time around...) Christina Aguilera who appeared at the press conference earlier with T.I will debut her new single, "'Keeps Getting Better" from her greatest hits compilation disc "A Decade of Hits". As to what to expect Christina only said, "You're going to get a first look and a first listen at my new image and my new sound. The last album, the style and sound was about vintage gleam, this one is all about the future." T.I will perform "Live Your Life" with Rihanna. So expect many great TV clips from the show. On a fashion tip, Christina Aguilera wore a colorful tie-dye Dolce & Gabbana mini-skirt at the press conference. The print is the same as Nelly Furtado's Moscow performance look. Naomi Campbell wore the same round-toe YSL patent leather pumps in the latest YSL print AD campaigns.
