Thanks to Keri Hilson's vest pick at the Rap-Up magazine bash, we have another fun installment of "Look on Lock".

Cheri Dennis was first seen in this brown and black leather vest at BET's 2008 Rip The Runway event. Cheri paired her top with a form-fitting black mini and Betsey Johnson heels (not pictured).

This tan leather vest was seen on Keri Hilson (right) who wore it with a pair of dark denim. Keri accessorized with gold funky Melody Eshani earrings and rings.

OUT AND ABOUT FROM NYC TO WEST HOLLYWOOD

HOT 97 Full Frontal Hip Hop Fashion Show bought out Nik of "America's Next Top Model" fame, Keyshia Cole, Cheri Dennis, Busta Rhymes, and Angie Martinez.

Elsewhere the fashion-forward Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon were seen at the Spiriteux by Fati Parsia Jewelry Launch in West Hollywood.

Angela Bassett continued the celebration of receiving her star from Hollywood Walk of Fame with Courtney B. Vance at a private after-party.

CANDID HOOPLA

Cheri Dennis, in a Baby Phat wrap dress, and Ryan Leslie were seen at Club Element over the weekend in New York City. The "Portrait of Love" singer (Cheri) recently talked with GIANT magazine about her song choices.

Beyonce Knowles, dressed as the soul singer Etta James of "At Last" fame, was spotted on the New Jersey set of her film, "Cadillac Records". Beyonce, who is signed at the film's executive producer, was seen earlier at the Waverly Inn restaurant in New York City shielding her face from the paparazzi.

Rihanna and her favorite orange Christian Louboutin pumps were seen out at Paper nightclub last night in London. "Umbrellas" were banned from Rihanna's U.K tour shows.

LOOK ON LOCK DELUXE EDITION

R&B singer Christina Milian was first put on these two-tone black pumps at the Rock & Republic Fall 2008 runway show during New York Fashion Week.

Kelly Rowland flaunted her new assets in a sequin gold dress and the same pumps as Christina in a different color at the "In Style" magazine's Best Beauty Buys Awards 2008.

"America's Next Top Model" alum Nik rock the same pump in red to the Crimson Lounge Party.

Lauren London and Cheri Dennis both rock the same Sean John bomber jacket in different colors to the Crimson Lounge Party. (Cassie wore the same jacket in a new Sean John Women AD campaign, which you can view over at Concrete Loop!)

CHERI DENNIS' ALBUM RELEASE PARTY

Cheri Dennis had her album release party at nightclub, Home. Cheri's long-awaited Bad Boy Records debut, "In & Out of Love" has the hit singles, "I Love You" and "Portrait of Love". (Actually Cheri's been with Bad Boy for a while now. Remember her on the "Incomplete" remix?) The R&B singer's party bought out Jimmy Cozier, Chrisette Michele, and Angel Lola Luv.

BET RIP THE RUNWAY 2008

BET pulled out the red carpet for its annual "Rip The Runway" fashion show.

The event bought out Lauren London, Nelly, Diddy, Egypt, Cassie, Teyana Taylor, Rosci, Terrence J, Charli Baltimore, Trey Songz, Lil' Mama, Estelle, Cheri Dennis, Rita G, and N.E.R.D.
BET's "Rip The Runway" filmed at New York City's Hammerstein Ballroom with performances from Teyana Taylor, N.E.R.D, Missy Elliott, and Snoop Dogg.

The urban fashion show highlighted many brands in the hip-hop community like Nelly's Apple Bottoms clothing line and Diddy's Sean John.

Hosted by Lauren London and Nelly, "Rip The Runway" was filmed and directed by music director Chris Robinson. "Rip The Runway" is set for a March 4th premiere on BET.

JAY-Z'S PRAY VIDEO

For his third single off "American Gangster", Jay-Z decided to feature this live performance of "Pray” as the official video treatment.

Beyonce Knowles and Cheri Dennis are the additional vocals on the track.

"Pray", as co-written by LV, Jay-Z and Diddy, samples "New Earth" by Hank Marvin.
