Queen Latifah hosted the 2009 People's Choice Awards live last night in Hollywood. Check out all the winners here. Omar Epps and his "House" cast my TV guilty pleasure deservedly picked up an award for Favorite TV Drama.



As host, Latifah switched into two floor-length evening gowns. Her film, "The Secret Life of Bees" picked up one People's Choice Award for Favorite Independent Film. (Gotta love that Covergirl line she has...)


Jordin Sparks (in Jessica McClintock) picked up one for her duet ("No Air") with Chris Brown. Below is Jordin with Shemar Moore. (No they didn't arrive together...)

Boris Kodjoe looked every bit like the fashion designer he has become in a new one-page article featured in the new "Uptown" magazine. (Thanks Necole!)

Jordin the girl Chris Brown has no connection with Sparks has a new video out for her single, "Tattoo" for her UK fanbase. Jordin released "No Air" and "One Step At A Time" off her self-titled debut record.



Leona Lewis popped out a few dance moves for the first time in her "Forgive Me" music video. This single would serve as a boost come this December when Leona plans to re-release her debut album "Spirit" reloaded with videos and a DVD. "Better in Time" and "Bleeding Love" established Leona as a true R&B/pop vocalist but can she dance? Well I'll let you decide. Leona was spotted shopping with her boyfriend Lou yesterday in L.A.

At the 5th Annual Fashion Rocks event, Chris Brown caught up with OK to talk about his "No Air" duet partner Jordin Sparks who admitted to having a crush on him.



When prompted to how he feels on this tidbit, Chris replied with, "I heard that [she has a crush on me]. But when we did that video, I didn't feel that chemistry. I didn't feel that. When they yell action, you have to put on a certain performance, but as far as off-camera: there's no connection." Chris even took a step forward and said he would not consider a relationship with Jordin. If this quote is TRUE and not just an exaggerated line, isn't this a bit harsh?

New snapshots of Rihanna from a recent photo shoot surfaced on ONTD! Outtakes from Rihanna's "Cosmopolitan" magazine cover gig were spotted by Real Talk NY and Ultimate-Rihanna. Rihanna needs to do another runway show...



Sanaa Lathan invited OK into her garden and she opened up about her red carpet glamour. "Red carpet for me is really about reflecting who I am but also I believe you can play characters. It’s like, ‘I’m going to be the movie star tonight’ or I’m going to be the vixen or I’m going to be the ingénue."



Sanaa, who by the way has the #2 movie (re: "The Family That Preys") in the country at the moment, also talked about criticism that comes with the red carpet. "There is so much scrutiny today so there is a bit of stress. It’s made me more aware and as a result I take more time getting ready for an event." Case in point...



Michelle Williams served up some constructive critism on the new MTV music competition series, "Next Top Group." Her third solo album, "Unexpected" will hit stores on October 7th - the same day Beyonce's two new singles pops up on radio.

Calvin Klein's 40th Anniversary bash was jam packed with familar faces like Estelle, Paula Patton, Kimora Lee, Djimon Hounsou, and Joy Bryant. Before Kanye hit the VMA stage, Estelle defended his ego in a recent interview with E Online. "People say what they say about his ego, but he's very sure of himself and I think that's a great way to be," she told E! News at Belvedere's dinner party at Dakota, which was held in her honor. "I think more people should follow him, and be more cocky and more proud of their work."



For the possibly first time Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry were seen together with their baby daughter Nahla Ariel in New York City. Gabriel said fatherhood is "very good and great." There she goes with her favorite Versace shades...


Who knew Fefe Dobson and Christina Milan were close friends? The twosome attended the "House of Hype" pre-VMA party. Anyone else like Fefe's new girly look? She definitely switch it up from her "Everthing" days...

Ray J finally released the video treatment for his second single, "Gifts" taken off his current album, "All I Feel." "Gifts" seems to pick up the same club vibe as his previous hit, "Sexy Can I". Anyhow Ray J explained some of the dance moves from the "Gifts" video which you can check out here.
