'But once he heard it, I saw his lips start moving, 'Beyonce' told the magazine 'So, I was like 'Would you like to go into the studio and record what you just did?' The 2006 MTV VMAs Nominees are OUT!

T.I., Beyonce and Justin Timberlake were there at a press conference
to announce the nominees.

Leading the nominations are Shakira, Madonna, Panic! at the Disco, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Two new categories were added: Best Video Game Soundtrack and Best Video Game Score. (Source...MTV News)

For the first time in VMA history, MTV viewers will be able to vote for their

20 Y.O. & Janet's opening up about sexual side

Yesterday Terrence from BET's 106 & Park proposed to Janet with a "lint-filled" ring pop. I feel out laughing at that mess. Ladies Terrence has some nice hazel green eyes! I went to the taping for TODAY's show (August 1st) but I met Terrence while parking my car. I also met Jermaine Dupri, 106 & Park host Rosci, and DMX. I bump into DMX and his wifey doing a prayer circle outside of the BET studios. Sneak preview of today's 106 & Park: When asked about those wedding rumors, Jermaine said this new Janet album is like their wedding. This album is the first thing he and Janet worked together and that her album release date is like their wedding date! Aww! He said all of this while braving a sore throat. He did croak his new saying: Ya'll know what this is! and the audience started laughing!

Janet has renamed her album to "20 Y.O" According to her, 20 Y.O is just an abbreviation to 20 Year Old. Here's the official tracklisting for her album...and I see Nelly is the only musicial guest...no RUMORED Mariah or Khia duets.

Beyonce on "Arena"

Beyonce on Destiny's Child music: "I listen to our first record, and some of our [Destiny's Child] other music, and I cringe. Even though it was great for that time, Survior was so rushed--listening to it today, I can just hear it...urgh!"

Thanks for admitting the truth!!! Aside from the released songs from "Survivor" I too felt that the album was put together on a rush unlikely the well thought "The Writing's on the Wall" which I believe was Destiny's Child best musicial record...PERIOD!

Beyonce on her ballad "Dangerously in Love": "To me it's still a great ballad, and it stands that test of time. It's played on the radio
a lot, and it was never officially a single."

Beyonce on her weight loss: "Everyone keeps telling me I look really skinny, and I'm like, "You have no idea."
