Estelle, Iman, Erykah Badu, Ryan Leslie, Faith Evans, June Ambrose, Malinda Williams and Vanessa Williams attended the 3rd annual Black Girls Rock Awards in New York City. The event was hosted by Vh1 Soul at the Lincoln Center on Sunday night.



On Estelle's feet are black caged cut-out Azzedine Alaia booties. Iman wore a Rachel Roy corset dress while Erkyah rock Yves Saint Laurent platform pull-on boots which Jennifer Lopez and Raven-Symone wore before. Celeb stylist June rock the trendy round-toe YSL platform pumps.

Iman (in a red D&G gown) pose with her husband David Bowie at the Costume Institute Gala at the MET last night. "People" magazine honored Iman for her ageless beauty in their 100 Most Beautiful List.


Also at the fashion-forward event was Lenny Kravitz and Lisa Bonet's daughter Zoe Kravitz. And I can't help but notice Janet Jackson and her fab Versace dress out in the background. I do love Zoe's mint green suede dress...and her role in Jay-Z's "I Know" music video.



Fergie (who took a brief from recording her sophomore solo effort with Polow Da Don in ATL) was seen at the MET in a black Calvin Klein number. On the red carpet Fergie pose with Hilary Duff (in Elie Saab) and Molly Simms (in Versace).



Eva Mendes (the new face of Calvin Klein) wore a light blue look from CK (Duh!) and Sergio Rossi heels. Eva pose with a CK-wearing Liv Tyler at the event. CK was on a roll at the event, huh?


Patti LaBelle, Chaka Khan, Diana Ross, and Gladys Knight all had top billing at "Divas With Heart" Benefit Concert over at Radio City Music Hall. You simply gotta love these one-name only divas!

The ageless supermodel/entrepreneur Iman landed a coveted spot (#52) on "People" magazine's annual "World's Most Beautiful list". Check out what Mrs. David Bowie had to say about 'beauty':

Eve was seen on her way to the MTV 2008 Australia Awards at Sydney International airport. Eve will perform and present for the first time at the live telecast.



Mya wore a plum-colored gown similar this Arthur Mendonça take at the "Le Reve: Indulge the Dream, Play 4 Parkinson's". The event was set to benefit the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research".



Iman and her husband David Bowie attended Vanity Fair's 7th Annual Tribeca Film Festical party. Iman also happens to be one of the few known folks that regularly updates her myspace profile.



Also at the cinema-themed event was Zoe Kravtiz (love her red Chanel bag) and Gayle King.



Nicole Richie and Joel Madden with their baby daughter Harlow were seen making their way through the airport. Earlier this month, Nicole supported her father Lionel Richie at the 2008 ASCAP Awards.

Jessica Alba and Zoe Kravitz used their celebrity platform to support Keep A Child Alive's "Good Cents Initiative".

Also involved in the campaign is Iman, Padma Lakshmi, and Alicia Keys (whose AD campaign was featured in "Glamour" magazine).

Each "Keep A Child" AD appears with the caption: “Every penny counts. We see every penny as something worth saving. Shielding her eyes behind black tinted Louis Vuitton shades, Rihanna made her way out her Hyatt Hotel in Berlin, Germany rocking her favorite items of the moment-wood heel Yves Saint Laurent platforms and Louis Vuitton monogram handbag. Her "Good Girl Gone Bad" tour is kicking off overseas.

Star Jones-Reynolds and Iman lit up the catwalk at the Safe Horizon annual benefit gala. Both ladies look red carpet ready without their significant others-Al Reynolds and David Bowie.


Keyshia Cole is busy promoting her current record, "Just Like You" and her hit BET reality series, "The Way It Is" by visiting MTV's "TRL" and BET's "106 & Park".

On '106 & Park', Keyshia (in a funky pair of Marc Jacobs boots) performed her second single, "Shoulda Let You Go" with new artist Amina.

Mariah Carey, a Donna Karan-clad Iman, Rashida Jones, Aisha Tyler and Taye Diggs were the the celebrity attendees at hand. Marques Houston and his supposedly new girlfriend Jennifer Freeman walked hand in hand at the "Somebody Help Me Hollywood" premiere. Also there was actress Tia Mowry who appeared alongside Marques on the '90s hit sitcom, "Sister, Sister".
Jennifer and Marques Houston are connected through Omarion-who did not attend his own film premiere. Freeman appeared in the B2K videos "Girlfriend" and "What A Girl Wants".

Alicia Keys and Iman look every bit of the term glamorous at the Fourth Annual Keep A Child Alive benefit last night in the Big Apple. Alicia look stunning in that asymmetrical black Armani dress.
